Our Trumpf TruLaser 1030 can handle sheet sizes of 60" x 120" maximum. We can service standard or rush projects, provide CAD support services if required, and also assist with material choice and selection. Cut quality is extremely high, eliminating burrs and the need for secondary operations such as grinding or de-burring. (Note: cutting stainless or thin mild steel with nitrogen results in a “paint ready” surface. Cutting with oxygen results in a thin layer of oxidation along the cut which should be removed before any paint or powder coat is applied.)

 

Material choices & thicknesses include:

 

Mild Steel up to .625 (5/8")

304 Stainless steel .250 (1/4")

316 L Stainless Steel .250 (1/4")

Aluminum (1/4")

Mild Steel can be cut with both Nitrogen (paint ready) or Oxygen, (which will need cleaning before paint or powder coating). *Nitrogen cutting up to 10 gauge (.134) for mild steel only.

Although we prefer to use “cut –ready” .DXF files provided by customer we can also design in-house.
